Founder/Executive Director
Dr. cRis marchioNNe is the founder and executive director of Person Centered Care Services. cRis earned a doctorate in Community-Based Leadership from the College of Staten Island and has more than three decades of experience working alongside people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. cRis is committed to advancing disability justice and creating communities where everyone is seen, valued, and belongs. cmarchionne@pccsny.org
Alexa Donnelly (LCSW)
Deputy Executive Director
Alexa Donnelly (LCSW), is the Deputy Executive Director of Person Centered Care Services where she implements effective systems to raise the level of service(s) provided to the people served.
Alexa has over nine years of experience in the disabilities field. She began as a Direct Support Professional and now practices very individualistic and personalized planning to assist people with disabilities to enhance their skills and achieve their goals. Alexa lives by the phrase “be the change you want to see in the world” and although she knows that she cannot change the world overnight, she is determined to continue changing lives, one person at a time.
Alexa has a Master’s degree in Social Work and her Clinical License. alexa@pccsny.org

Mary Ann Mazzone
President Emeritus
Mary Ann Mazzone was the first President of the Person Centered Care Services Board of Directors, and she believed in PCCS before it was anything more than an idea. She was also the aunt of our founder, Dr. cRis marchioNNe, and her faith in that idea helped make it real.
Mary Ann spent her career on Staten Island caring for people living with HIV/AIDS, often when others turned away. She brought that same courage and warmth to PCCS. She led the board with a steady hand and an open heart until she retired in 2013.
Mary Ann passed away on December 31, 2025, at age 80. We honor her as President Emeritus. Her kindness is part of everything we do.
